- To ensure fair resolution and prevent fraud, a clear unboxing video is mandatory.
Your video must:
- Show the sealed parcel before opening
- Clearly capture the opening process
- Show the damaged/defective product clearly
⚠️ Without a valid unboxing video, we may not be able to process your request.

- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
- Refund will be issued to the original payment method

In most cases, we will arrange a reverse pickup at no extra cost
If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, you may be requested to self-ship (shipping cost reimbursed)
